The villa's exterior features a lovely sea-view swimming pool, surrounded by a private beach equipped with five comfortable deckchairs. Enjoy the restful sea view from the carbet where you can have your meals, from the covered terrace or from the comfortable living room, where you can enjoy pleasant moments with your loved ones. A WEBER barbecue guarantees exceptional grills and long discussions with friends and family.

Sunbathers will love lounging around the pool, the ideal spot for lazing around. Day or night, as stargazing is also recommended!

The large living room includes a superb fully-equipped kitchen, with a view of the pool and sea, as it opens onto the outside, and a pleasant indoor lounge, also open to the outside.

Four pretty bedrooms await you in the heart of this minimalist villa.
In detail, there's a beautiful suite on the first floor with a dazzling view of the turquoise sea and the spectacle of the kite surfers in the front line.
Air-conditioned bedroom with : A 180x200 bed and a 90 children's bed, a dressing room and the shower room opens onto the garden at the rear.

Garden level :
A master bedroom with private shower room and dressing room, air-conditioned 160x200 bed.
Two charming air-conditioned bedrooms sharing the same shower room, with a lovely walk-in shower and washbasin.
The first, which opens onto the pool, has 2 single beds (90cm) that can sleep a couple (180cm).
The second, with a view of the garden and flamboyant trees, has 3 single beds (90cm), 2 of which can sleep a couple (180cm).

The environment plays a major role in the beauty of this holiday villa.
However, the Villa's strength lies in its blend of minimalism and tradition. Open to the outside world, the rooms capture the natural light and allow it to shine through the uncluttered décor.

This pleasant holiday villa is located in the heart of a green setting, in an area where silence is golden. The entrance to the Villa is via an electric gate, for added security. What's more, the area around the villa is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. The Cap Est beach is just a short walk away, and is a firm favourite with kitesurfers and windsurfers. So grab your boards!
